From international quality management to materials compliance and export controls, these credentials give you confidence that your components are built to spec and ready for real-world deployment.

Custom Manufactured Two-Phase Heat Sinks

Different applications demand different thermal solutions. We custom manufacture a wide range of two-phase heat sink designs, allowing us to match the geometry, materials, and performance characteristics to your exact cooling requirements.

01
Extruded Heat Sink

Cost-effective design for natural convection applications.

Best for: High-volume production runs where cost efficiency matters and thermal loads are moderate. Commonly used in industrial controls, power supplies, and telecom base stations.

02
Zipper Fin Heat Sink

Allows very high fin density for forced convection solutions.

Best for: Forced-air cooling environments where maximizing surface area in a tight footprint is critical. Ideal for server infrastructure, RF amplifiers, and high-density electronics.

03
Machined Heat Sink

Offers the most design flexibility for low volume production.

Best for: Low-volume or prototype builds requiring precise geometries, tight tolerances, or complex mounting configurations. Frequently used in defense and aerospace applications.

04
Skived Heat Sink

Excellent thermal properties & high aspect ratio possibilities.

Best for: Applications demanding thin, tightly packed fins and superior thermal conductivity in a lightweight package. Well-suited for medical devices, power electronics, and EV systems.

05
Full Heat Sink Assemblies

Provided with attached fans, TIM, and mounting hardware.

Best for: Engineers who need a drop-in, production-ready solution with fans, thermal interface material, and hardware included. Reduces integration time and vendor management.

06
Heat Sink Oddities

Designs using 3D vapor chambers or square heat pipes.

Best for: Unusual form factors or extreme thermal challenges where standard designs fall short, such as multi-source cooling, flexible routing, or 3D geometries in defense and space systems.

Advanced Heat Sink & Thermal Management Solutions

Our advanced thermal management solutions incorporate two-phase technologies and specialized materials designed to move heat faster, spread it more efficiently, and maintain stable operating temperatures in high-performance systems.

Customizable Heat Pipes

Application-tuned wall thickness, wick thickness, porosity, permeability, & fluid loading.

1-Piece Vapor Chambers

Lower-cost devices allow Z-axis bending in dimensions up to 109mm wide & 5mm thick.

2-Piece Vapor Chambers

Stamped into any shape along the XY axes & allow for embossments, thru-holes, & variable wicks.

Specialty Two-Phase

Machined vapor chambers attach to multiple heat sources while methanol heat pipes extend range.

Phase Change Material

Manage substantial transient spikes to ambient temperature or device thermal load.

Thermal Straps

Solves excessive shock & vibe or thermal expansion issues with heat source & condenser.

Our Production Process

High-performance thermal solutions are the result of a disciplined engineering and manufacturing process. From design and simulation through testing and production, every step in our production process is focused on delivering reliable, repeatable performance.

Thermal Design & Simulation

We start by understanding your application in-terms of power dissipation, operating environment, size constraints, and performance targets. Using your thermal and mechanical data, our engineers develop and compare multiple design concepts, modeling heat flow and airflow to identify the optimal solution before a single part is made.

Testing &
Validation

Once a design direction is selected, we build functional prototypes and put them through real-world testing. We measure actual thermal performance against your specifications, refine geometry and materials as needed, and document everything so you have full confidence in the design before committing to production.

Manufacturing

With a validated design in hand, we move into production with the same engineering rigor applied throughout. Every production run is quality-checked against your spec, backed by our ISO certification, and traceable from raw material to finished assembly. All of our production heat sinks are tested to be within dimensional and performance requirements.
