Heat Sink Calculator

This heat sink calculator shows the thermal resistance of the heat sink for forced convection applications. It also calculates the temperature rise of each of the component parts of the heat sink: base, thermal interface material, base to fin, and fin pack. Heat source power & size as well as fin height fin gap, and fin thickness are user inputs as are heat sink base material (copper, aluminum or vapor chamber), heat sink fin material, and available airflow.
